The St. Regis Mumbai, located in Lower Parel, officially opened in September 2015 as India's first St. Regis property and the tallest hotel tower in the country. Formerly the Palladium Hotel, it was rebranded through a partnership between Pallazzio Hotels & Leisure Ltd (ABIL Group) and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. It serves as a flagship luxury destination with 386+ rooms, 40 floors, and butler service.

  • Rebranding (2015): The hotel was converted from the Palladium Hotel to the St. Regis brand, part of Marriott International.
  • Location & Structure: Situated in the heart of Mumbai’s former mill district, now a bustling financial and luxury shopping hub (Palladium Mall).
  • Ownership: Owned by the ABIL Group (Avinash Bhosale & Amit Bhosale), which collaborated with Starwood to bring the brand to India.
  • Features: It features a, 38-40 floor high-rise, incorporating bespoke butler service, a dedicated wellness floor (Iridium Spa), and renowned restaurants like Yuuka and The Sahib Room.
  • Artistic Focus: The property features a signature mural titled "Mumbai Flavors" by artist Iranna GR in the lobby, along with curated art from Indian artists like MF Hussain. 

The St. Regis Mumbai continues the luxury legacy established by John Jacob Astor in 1904, blending local cultural influences with traditional St. Regis rituals.
