 By Air

  • Nearest Airport:
     Swami Vivekananda Airport, Raipur (RPR) – approx. 80 km from Dhamtari
    • Well connected to Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and other major cities.
  • From the Airport:
    • You can hire a private cab or take a bus from Raipur to Dhamtari (approx. 2–2.5 hours by road).

 

 By Train

  • Nearest Broad-Gauge Station: Raipur Junction (80 km) – a major rail hub
    • Connected to all major Indian cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Howrah, Chennai, Nagpur, and Bilaspur
  • Dhamtari Railway Station:
    • Currently serves narrow-gauge lines (limited service); under gauge conversion for better access
    • Use Raipur as your base station and continue by road
  • Tip: From Raipur station, buses and taxis are easily available to Dhamtari

  • Well-Connected By National Highways:
    • NH-30 and NH-43 connect Dhamtari with Raipur, Jagdalpur, Kanker, Durg, and other nearby cities.
