By Air – The nearest airport is Dimapur Airport (150 km, Nagaland). Take a taxi or shared sumo from Dimapur to Zunheboto.
By Train – The nearest railway station is Dimapur Railway Station (150 km, Nagaland).
By Road – Well-connected to Kohima (145 km), Mokokchung (70 km), and Wokha (90 km) by road.

 Tip: Shared sumo taxis are the cheapest and fastest way to travel (~₹600-₹1,000 per person).

 

3. Inner Line Permit (ILP)  (Mandatory for Non-Nagas & Indian Tourists)

  • Required for Indian tourists (except Nagaland residents).
  • Apply online via Nagaland ILP Portal.
  • ILP is not required for foreign tourists, but they must register at the Foreigner's Registration Office upon arrival.
