Mirror of the Sky – Pookode Lake

Pookode Lake offered us serenity. Surrounded by dense forest, this freshwater lake reflects the sky so perfectly, it looks like you could step onto a cloud. We rented a pedal boat, gliding past lilies and dragonflies. The air was cool, fragrant with wild blooms. There’s a small aquarium and a handicrafts emporium nearby, but it's the lake’s soul-soothing calm that lingers.
