Banasura Sagar Dam – Of Mountains and Water

One of Asia’s largest earthen dams, the Banasura Sagar Dam is both an engineering feat and a scenic wonder. The vast reservoir with the backdrop of the Banasura Hills looks straight out of a painting. We took a speedboat ride, cutting through the stillness, the mountains watching silently. Some even trek up the nearby hills, but we chose to sit and watch the golden sunset dance on the water.
