  • Beach shacks, changing rooms, lifeguard stations.
  • Roads, lighting, and signage.
• Tourism Boat Services: Operated in select areas like Malpe–St. Mary’s Island, Karwar–Devbagh, etc.
• Scuba Diving and Adventure Tourism: Promoted around Murudeshwar and Netrani Island.
