Pork Vindaloo – The Spicy Portuguese-Inspired Curry

✅ What is it?
A flaming hot curry made with pork, vinegar, garlic, chilies, and Indian spices. The name comes from the Portuguese dish “Carne de Vinha d'Alhos”, meaning meat cooked with wine and garlic.
