Export and Economic Impact

• Spice Exports: In the 2020-21 fiscal year, Telangana exported spices worth approximately $200 million, marking a 37% compound annual growth rate over five years. Chillies were the primary driver of this export growth.
• Spice Park: A ₹30-crore Spice Park is being developed in Nizamabad to support processing and value addition, aiming to boost exports and farmer incomes.
